Pneumatic timers
Pneumatic timers are used for precise time-controlled operation of pneumatic pressure signals in pneumatic circuits or systems. After the preset time is expired, pressure is applied to the exit of the pneumatic timer. This signal will remain, until the pressure at input 1 is interrupted for at least 200 ms. If the pressure at input 1 is interrupted, the preset value is re-activated. Time preselection is possible between 2 and 300 s.

The simple and robust design and the especially compact dimensions of this miniature PE-converters matches multiple applications. It combines easy mounting even in tight spaces with a high level of reliability. A high lifespan of the silver-coated contacts is guaranteed even with high switching frequency and low switching pressure. The miniature PE converter is suitable for demanding applications in fields such as medical technology, dental technology, robotics, handling technology, analysis systems, small devices and process technology.
Check valves and flow regulators 47
Especially for lock and check functions, KUHNE has developed a line of high quality locking valves. The check valve closes with spring-loaded force as soon as the output pressure is higher or corresponds to the input pressure. A special model is the two-pressure valve. It allows to realize logical AND/OR functions with pneumatic control systems. Our fast venting valve NW 2 takes care of fast venting of the cylinder volume. Our proven technologies are also available in custom-designed versions.
Fittings
M5 and G 1/8 throttle check valves can be directly inserted into the threads of valves and cylinders. These valves can be used to control input and output air. They are available with integrated plug terminals /for 4 and 6 mm hoses) as well as with nuts (for 5x1 and 6x1 hoses.
