This customer-specific product design is characterized by a high level of adaptability. Besides a custom-designed operator interface, the highly compact control unit also includes all functions required by the customer. The complete system is programmed by means of the CoDeSys compatible technology platform Ventura. All relevant process data are provided in both analogue and digital form and are used to control the required processes of the machine. For the user, this compact ready-to-run unit results in considerable cost savings over the complete machine life cycle.

Being a project partner of the customer, KUHNKE not only provided the hardware precisely matched to the machine, but also supported the customer with consulting services in the field of application development. For smooth commissioning of the machine, the installed Ventura Industrial PC systems were provided as a ready-to-run package including the application software released by the customer. Visualization of machine processes was realized via a seamlessly encapsulated Ventura Touch display, which conforms to the requirements of the food industry.
